Everything was really good, extremely polite staff, magnificent views to the marina. I ate at a good restaurant for dinner. The location was beautiful and wonderful - a few steps away from everywhere I wanted to go. It was a very vibrant area, an excellent place for me.

Nice new hotel, spacious rooms. Clean. But very unfriendly staff. In the reception and in restaurant as well.
Super unfriendly staff. Not willing to tell you anything, eg. where rooms where, were restaurant is, breakfast etc etc. Had to ask all questions myself. No welcome when you come to the reception desk just bitter faces.

The area is lovely and the houses are beautiful. It's quite convenient that you don't need to go far to have a drink or a meal. The rooms are well decorated and comfortable.
The staff does not seem properly trained. Maybe that is just because the hotel is still completely new. Service was very slow for the check out even though there were no other guests waiting and the bartender did not seem to know the wine he was selling very well. The breakfast is extremely expensive (16 EUR per person) so we decided to go for croissants in town instead.

The location and ambience was excellent. The assistance given to us by the staff when we had to re-book due to car problems was very helpful. We will definitely stay there again when we visit Amsterdam again soon.

The hotel is new, and facilities were very clean and modern, location was quiet and peaceful. Several good restaurants locqated in and around the hotel. Hotel location right on the Huizen waterfront is ideal. Hotel offers biking and boat rental or tours. Hotel is only 5 minutes from downtown Huizen.
Finding the Nautisch Kwartier was slightly difficult until we saw the signs for Havens and Nutisch Kwartier. Some restaurants in location were very "pricey".

Great location near the water and charming village feel. Plenty of restaurants and a cozy market nearby. We were lucky to get an upgrade to a suite for one night, which was a nice surprise. the hotel is in good condition as it's recently been renovated and the breakfasts were very good. Free wifi in the rooms was also a plus.
Our experience with the restaurant was disappointing. We encountered multiple instances of incorrect orders and missing ingredients.

Had a lovely Christmas break at this hotel. the festive decorations were fantastic, and we received complimentary mulled wine and mince pies on arrival, which was a lovely touch. the hotel is situated in a beautiful area with stunning views of the lake. We enjoyed taking a walk along the waterfront and watching boats pass by. the food in the restaurant was delicious, and the staff were friendly and attentive.
The room we stayed in was quite basic, and we found a few cobwebs in the corner.

We found the hotel on bookings.com very last minute. The price for the stay was better than most in this area. We were pleasantly surprised at the location (near water)...really set a nice mood and gave us a feeling of being on vacation. Nice to have several choiced of restaurants nearby and really enjoyed the wine bar!...great in the evening!...would recommend it to friends and we will certainly come back if ever in the area. Thank you!
We didn't really dislike anything. Just as suggestions..( And maybe you offer it but we didn't ask). Would be nice to be able to get ice buckets to enjoy some wine in the rooms...and maybe little fridges in the room so if you have a big meal or have milk for kids you can store it. Otherwise everything was very nice!
